I was looking around for new speakers, and found the Orb system. The description on the website seems pretty impressive. In checking ebay for listings, I came across this fascinating item up for sale. Apparently the bigfoot phenomenon has been captured on video, and can now be purchased. I will have to look into this a bit more. Lacking the $5,000,000 to buy the video outright, I'll need to be more creative.

The Office

I've pretty much given up watching network TV. A few years ago I was a "Survivor" addict. Even went so far as having "Survivor Grand Finale" parties, complete with appropriate games (races involving stilts, trivia contests, etc.) West Wing was good at the beginnging, but then some new writers took over and it turned into a show about why Democrats are so smart, and Republicans are not. The original CSI was fun for a while, but I lost interest there too.

I have found a new show which I actually look forward to. It's NBC's The Office. It protrays a modern office with stunning accuracy that continues to impress and amaze. If you work in an office, and are the least bit cynical, tune in and try a 1/2 hour. You won't be dissapointed.
